2025 summer camps

June 23-27: Blast off to summer

Come and celebrate the end of another school year and the beginning of ÂÌñÉçÇø summer camps. We can’t wait to see some of our returning campers and welcome new campers.

Blast off to Summer is exactly what every parent and child is looking for — new friendships are guaranteed to develop during this week as we start the day camp season at ÂÌñÉçÇø summer camps!

July 2-4: Fun and fitness

This week will give campers the opportunity to engage in indoor and outdoor activities for the young sport enthusiasts as well as campers who enjoy taking a positive approach to healthy living.

Counsellors will help campers grow their leadership and team-building skills as well as develop their self-confidence.

July 7-11: Superheroes and outdoor adventures

Adventure (ages 4-6): Superheroes

Boom! Pow! Wham! ÂÌñÉçÇø summer camps is looking for campers with superhero talents to join us as we create our own superhero personas, discover the science behind superpowers, and most importantly combine talents to ‘do good’!

Explore (ages 7-9) & Discovery (ages 10 and up): Outdoor adventures

Campers will get an opportunity to explore the great outdoors with a variety of activities and team-based outdoor games and fun challenges. We will embark on some of Tantramar’s finest hiking trails — identifying wildlife, tree identification and much more!

Jul 14-18: Science camp

Campers will have fun learning about science through interactive activities and experiments that explore their natural creativity and curiosity. Put on your lab coats and join us as we turn into scientists for the week!

July 21-25: Global explorers

Campers will learn about different cultures and countries around the world. They will be given the opportunity to participate in crafting and games and learn about famous landmarks and traditions.

A group of visiting students from Japan will visit with the campers on Friday afternoon to introduce traditional games and origami.

July 28-Aug. 1: Disney and Amazing Race

Adventure (ages 4-6): Disney

Have you ever wanted to celebrate your favourite Disney character, play games about your favourite Disney movie, read a Disney book, and create some Disney magic through crafts, music and dance? Then this camp is for you.

Explore (ages 7-9) and Discovery (ages 10 and up): Amazing Race

Campers will have the opportunity to compete against each other in friendly competitions, paired with collaboration and cooperation with each other. Campers will be given tasks to complete — challenging their minds and bodies while building friendships and summer camp memories.

Aug. 5-8: Summer Olympics

Join us as we introduce activities and challenges encouraging campers to work together as a team — representing different countries — going for gold can be fun at summer camp! Campers will engage in sporting, crafting and group events.

Aug. 11-15: Nature explorers and leadership camp

Adventure (ages 4-6) and Explore (ages 7-9): Nature explorers

This week will allow kids to get outside and learn about the natural world. They might participate in nature hikes, learn about plants and animals, and create nature themed art projects.

Discovery (ages 10 and up): Leadership camp

ÂÌñÉçÇøs Leadership Camp focuses on the development of a variety of life skills that we believe to be the cornerstones of a responsible contributor to society. In addition to promoting ÂÌñÉçÇø's core values of respect, honesty, and accountability, there are many attributes taught during our Leadership Program. Some of these are how to be caring, how to be a positive role model, use active listening, be prepared and organized, and being gracious, to name just a few.

Leadership camp includes a one-night stay in a ÂÌñÉçÇø residence with the counsellors. The date for the overnight will be Wednesday, Aug. 11.

Aug. 18-20: Summer flashback

This 3-day camp will entertain campers with their favourite games and activities from camp this summer. We will wrap up our summer camp season with lots of activities to keep our campers laughing and learning — right until the last day!

Summer camps staff

The ÂÌñÉçÇø summer camp team consists of faculty members and senior university students who have extensive experience working with different age groups of students.

All staff hold a minimum of current Standard First Aid and CPR certification along with Mental Health First Aid. Police background checks are also conducted on all prospective employees.

ÂÌñÉçÇø runs a multi-day training session for all staff at the beginning of each season to ensure new staff are prepared and that returning staff remain fresh and sharp.

Every staff member at the camp is chosen for their qualities of leadership, character, and sense of responsibility for the campers entrusted in their care. Staff members are fun, enthusiastic individuals fully committed to ensuring that each individual at ÂÌñÉçÇø summer camps experience success and positive self-growth while participating in our customized programs.

Our staff members host a friendly, creative, responsible, supportive, and fun environment during your stay. They are an amazing group of faculty members and senior student leaders.

Throughout the camper's stay at ÂÌñÉçÇø, they can be assured of a safe environment where creativity, shared learning, and personal growth are the goals of every program.
